Once you’ve accepted the fact that you’re overweight, then you also must realize that this weight is going to cause other problems in your life. Now that you are solution bound, then you need a plan of action. You need to set some realistic goals for yourself, both short and long term. Eating right, taking supplements, and doing some exercising, are proven ways for you to get rid of that extra weight.
