Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups coconut oil
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup stevia
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat with olive oil
  • In a medium size bowl add eggs, vanilla extract, and coconut oil. Blend together.
  • Add cream of tartar, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and stevia. Mix well
  • Add almond flour
  • Scoop spoonful of cookie dough on baking sheet 2 inches apart and lightly press down.
  • Sprinkle salt lightly on top and bake 15 minutes. Let cool completely before handling.

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. hot water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, any variety

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and both sugars.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • In a small bowl, mix baking soda and hot water together; beat into mixture along with salt.
  • Beat in 1 cup of flour at a time until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Change
  • Mix completely together.
  • Place spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly browned. Enjoy!

  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup softened Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • Filling
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9×9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray. Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt for crust.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla and whip to incorporate. Add flour mixture and mix until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even layer. Combine filling ingredients and beat until blended.
  • Spread filling over the cookie dough layer and level.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 large egg yolk, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips + additional for topping

Steps

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set this aside. In the large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and both sugars together until smooth, then add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla and beat until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix on low speed until combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Lastly, beat in the chocolate chips just until they are incorporated into the dough. Cover the dough tightly with plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a few large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Roll the dough into balls, about 1 tbsp of dough per ball and place on the trays about 1 inch or so apart.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes. The centers will still look very underbaked with the edges set and that’s how you want them to be. If you’d like, immediately press additional chocolate chips gently into the tops of the cookies. Let them cool for about 10 minutes on the baking tray, them remove them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Cups milk chocolate chips

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream together the butter and sugars in a mixing bowl, mixing until pale yellow and light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in the eggs one at a time, and then the vanilla until combined.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Portion 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and roll together to form a ball, spacing the dough balls 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Add the candy eyes to the cookies to each individual ball.
  • Bake until the edges just start to brown, 12 to 14 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  • Allow to cool and enjoy with a glass of milk.
