  • 10 Oz Almond Milk
  • 2 Oz Almond Creamer
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
  • Steps

  • Pour milk and creamer into a pot at medium heat to keep at a simmer. Stir occasionally
  • Add cocoa powder, honey, and agave syrup to your mug of choice. Add a little of you simmering milk with a spoon to make a dark chocolate mixture
  • Once the cocoa powder has been mixed thoroughly, you pour the rest of the milk in and enjoy.

  • 15 ml cocoa powder
  • 80 ml milk powder
  • 30 ml white sugar
  • Half a teaspoon finely ground cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg
  • clove Ground
  • Pinch table salt
  • 1 teaspoon rosee water
  • 600 ml water
  • Steps

    20 minutes

  • Add all solid components together. Mix them very well in a saucepan.
  • Add the water.
  • Whisk, use a teaspoon to clear the bottom of the saucepan before turning on the heat.
  • Before boiling add the rose water. Serve hot.
  • Cinnamon & Clove Hot Chocolate

  • 2 cups almond milk (or preferred choice of non-dairy milk)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao or chocolate
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp stevia
  • Steps

  • In a pot, stir the cacao or chocolate, cloves, stevia and salt into the almond milk on medium heat until everything is well combined and dissolved. I recommend using a whisk and constantly stirring while heating the mixture.
  • Serve hot, sprinkle some cinnamon on top and enjoy!
  • Notes: You can substitute stevia with your natural sweetener of choice (e.g. honey, coconut sugar, maple syrup…) while adjusting measurements for your preferred sweetness!
  • Frozen Hot Chocolate Cheesecake

  • Oreo or chocolate crust
  • 16 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • 3 hot chocolate mixes
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • Steps

  • Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy
  • Add powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, hot chocolate mixes and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Add half of heavy cream and mix until smooth. Add rest of heavy cream and mix until extra fluffy.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and put mixture in crust.
  • Freeze for 4 hours.
  • Hot chocolate popcorn

  • 8 cups popcorn
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 chocolates chips
  • Sprinkles
  • Steps

  • Make popcorn, Spread out on cookie sheet
  • Add marshmallows
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave use instructions on the bag.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn and marshmallows add sprinkles.
  • Notes- can put in refrigerator for 5 mins or so it sets faster.
