Hot & Sticky Hoisin Sriracha Lime Chicken Wings

Ingredients

4 to 8 servings

  • 4.5 pounds chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sugar, depending on how sweet your Hoisin sauce is and how sweet you like your food
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 large shallot, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic, grated
  • Optional: 1 to 2 Tablespoons red chili flakes for additional heat
  • Steps

    90 mins total, about 30 active

  • Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl & mix thoroughly to combine and incorporate all marinade ingredients with the chicken. Let chicken marinate for at least 3 hours & up to overnight, refrigerated, redistributing 3 or 4 times to make sure all the chicken gets evenly marinated. Alternatively, you can split the chicken and marinade evenly into two Ziploc gallon sized bags, suck the air out before sealing completely, and lay the bags on their sides. Change Change Change
  • 60 to 90 minutes before roasting, take the chicken out of the refrigerator to bring it up to room temp and preheat the oven to 425F. (The colder the ambient temp, the longer to bring the chicken up to room temp.) Once chicken is brought up to room temp and oven is preheated, place the wings on a sheet pan (foil lining makes easy cleanup) and roast for 20 minutes. Change Change Change
  • After 20 minutes of roasting, either brush or dunk the wings with more marinade, setting them back on the sheet pan upside down so both sides get even exposure to the heat. Roast for another 20 minutes. Change Change Change
  • Repeat the process, setting the wings right side up again on the sheet pan and roast another 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the wings. Change Change Change

  • Red Hot Buffalo Chicken Nachos

    Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot buffalo wing sauce
  • 10 oz bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or jack cheese
  • Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Toss chicken and sauce to coat
  • Place tortilla chips on cookie sheet and top with chicken mixture then cheese
  • Bake 5-10 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted.
  • Serve with salsa, sour cream or any other toppings.

    Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken strips
  • 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, cornstarch and garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 can sweet yams of potatoes
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 of milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey and hot sauce
  • Steps

  • Mix chicken and all seasonings and flour. Then fry for 15 mins.
  • Blend milk, pancake mix 1 tablespoon of veg oil and sweet potatoes. Then add into waffle maker.
  • Plate then add hot honey mixture on on chicken and garnish with fresh fruits. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders
  • Flour
  • Seasonings of choice
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Hot sauce mixture
  • Hot sauce of choice
  • Splash milk
  • Steps

  • Make a egg wash with one egg and some milk mix, in another bowl put flour and seasoning, salt, pepper mix set up an Assembly line as in picture, coat chicken in egg wash, the flour, repeat till all chicken is done, do each one two times for extra crunchy as in cover picture. Change Change
  • Heat oil, fry chicken in batches place on paper towels, I didn’t have any so I used a colander. Change
  • Make hot sauce mixture, favorite hot sauce with a splash of milk to cool it down some. Cover all chicken tenders in the mixture, place on cookie sheets and bake on 350 or can use the boil setting cook till it browns up some 5 – 10 mins or so (or can be Done you don’t need to place them in the oven, I do so it’s not Soggy) Change Change
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce (mine is ranch) Change Change Change

    Ingredients

  • 1 large pack chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 packet Italian seasoning (salad dressing mix, dry packet)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Steps

  • Rinse and pat dry your chicken breast….. Change Change
  • Place half of sliced onions in bottom of crockpot…. Change Change
  • Place cleaned chicken breast inside your crockpot on top of onions…. Change
  • Place the rest of your sliced onions on top of chicken breast….. Change
  • Sprinkle your garlic powder and black pepper over chicken breast…. Change Change
  • In a bowl combine the cream of chicken soup with the packet of Italian dressing mix and the 1/2 cup of water….Mix well….. Change Change Change
  • Pour that mixture over your chicken breast….. Change
  • Sprinkle your 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over all in crockpot…. Change Change
  • Cook on Low for 6 hours…… Change Change
  • Shred chicken lightly when done, stir well and serve over toasted whole wheat bread slathered with mayonnaise and enjoy ! Change Change Change
