How to brush

All of us are aware that we should brush our teeth regularly. However, most of us are unaware of the right way to brush. Two minutes: You absolutely have to brush for two whole minutes if you aspire to have a clean, healthy, plaque-free mouth. Right angle: Your toothbrush should always be at 45 degree angle while you brush. Dentists recommend that you brush in a circular motion rather than the standard side to side or up and down. This will remove bacteria as well as food particles from your mouth effectively.
