  • 5 eggs separated discarding one white
  • 3/4 cup sugar divided
  • 2 lemons zest and juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup EVOO
  • 1 cup a/p flour

  • Heat oven to 350° in a large bowl whisk together yokes and 1/2 cup of the sugar. Whisking until thick and pale yellow then add lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Whisk to combine. Gently STIR in flour until just incorporated.
  • In a medium bowl beat whites until starting to thicken then slowly add in 1/4 cup sugar. Beat on medium until soft peaks. Then GENTLY fold in egg whites into the yoke mixture until just combined.
  • Pour batter into a nonstick sprayed & parchment lined 9 inch spring form pan. Bake for 35 minutes until golden. Cake tester should come out clean. Let it cool in pan at least 1 hour before removing from pan to slice and devour!!!

  • For Vanilla Cake Layer
  • 1 1/2 cuos all purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup butter (1 1 /2 sticks) at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • For White Chocolate Truffle Layer
  • 12 ounces good quality white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces marscapone cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • For Chocolate Ganache Middle Layer
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • For Garnish
  • Sweetened cocoa powder P, as needed for dusting
  • Lindor Whote Truffles as desired for decorating
  • Steps

  • Make Cake
  • Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9 inche springform pan with bakers spray
  • In a bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt Change
  • In another large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy Change
  • Add eggs one at a time and beat in with vamilla Change
  • Stir in flour mixture alternating with milk and sour cream Change
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 to 55 minutes until a toothpick comes out just clean. Cool 10 minutes on a rack then run a thin knife around edges of pan to loosten any stuck cake. Let cool completely in pan before adding chocolate ganache layer Change

  • Make Middle Chocolate Ganache Layer
  • Melt cream until hot, pour over chocolate chips in a bowl, stir smooth and cool until thick enough to spread spread over cooled cake layer. Refrigerate in pan to set before adding top layer Change

  • Make White Chocolate Layer
  • Heat cream until hot and pour over white chocolate and stir smooth. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate until cold Change
  • In a bowl beat marscapone cheese, vanilla and confectioner’s sugar until smooth Change
  • Beat cooled white chocolate mixture until light and fluffy Change
  • Fold marscapone mixture into whipped white chocolate in 2 additions Change
  • Spread over cooled chocolate layer and refrigerate at least 2 hours Change
  • To Garmish
  • Dust with sweetened cocoa powder, remove sides from springform pan and decorate with dark and White Tand dark trufflesruffles Change

  • Egg fluffy kr lein. Suger dal k beat kren. K beat krny se double hojaye Creamy sa. Phir Essence dal den. Beat kren. Phir last me jub sub fluffy hojaye to balayi daal k beat kren… Maida, baking powder dal k 1 mint beat kren k mix hojaye. Phir spatula se again mix kr k greas round mold me (butter paper lga Hua) daal dein. 3 bar tab kren k batter me jo air he nikal Jaye. Batter k upr chocolate chip daal den. Tab krny se cake equal bnyga. Preheat patela 15 mint. Baking time 50 mint.
  • Dhakn de k wzn rakh den k steam bahir na nikly. Ready.

  • 2 bag Sima's butter
  • 2 tins sugar
  • 1/3 tsp powder flavor
  • 13 big eggs
  • 1 tsp b/p
  • 1 tbls flavor

  • In a clean bowl sift flower and sugar.
  • Add In egg few by few, mix mix mix

  • Mix well then add flour
  • After it mix well an too creamy, bake it till light brown.
